Email supportGetting started
Is Quiblo free to play?
Yes — every world's weekly puzzle is completely free to play. Optional in-app purchases ($4.99 to unlock one world permanently, or $1.99/month for unlimited access to every world) let you jump into any world at any time, but the free tier always includes one playable world per week.
Do I need an account to play?
You can explore Quiblo without signing in, but creating a free account lets you save your progress, appear on leaderboards, and track your eco-points across sessions.
How do I create an account?
Tap Create account on the home screen. Enter an email address and choose a pilot name — that's it. No personal information beyond your email is required.
What are eco-points?
Eco-points are earned by completing puzzles and solving challenge pieces. They appear on the all-worlds global leaderboard. In future updates, eco-points will be redeemable for badges, tree-planting donations, and physical prizes.
Gameplay
How does a weekly puzzle work?
Each world (Coral Reefs, Ancient Forests, Frozen Tundra, Golden Savanna…) gets one fresh puzzle every Monday at midnight UTC. Pick a world, solve any mini-puzzles to unlock challenge pieces, then drag every piece into place on the 8×6 grid. Puzzle tabs and blanks must match — just like a real jigsaw.
What are challenge pieces?
Some jigsaw pieces arrive "damaged" and shatter into smaller fragments. Before placing them on the main grid, you reassemble the fragment mini-puzzle. Completing it reveals a real ecology fact about that ecosystem.
How are leaderboards ranked?
Each world's leaderboard ranks players by fastest completion time for the current weekly puzzle. In the event of a tie, higher puzzle accuracy (fewer misplaced pieces) breaks it. You can replay the same puzzle as many times as you like — only your personal best time is shown.
Can I replay a puzzle?
Yes, as many times as you want. Replaying is encouraged — learning the layout lets you shave seconds off your time and climb the leaderboard. Only your fastest time per puzzle is saved.
When do new puzzles release?
New puzzles roll out every Monday at midnight UTC. All worlds update simultaneously, so there's always something new each week.
How many worlds are there?
Quiblo currently features four worlds: Coral Reefs, Ancient Forests, Frozen Tundra, and Golden Savanna. More ecosystems are on the way.
Purchases & billing
What does the $4.99 one-time purchase unlock?
A one-time $4.99 purchase unlocks full access to one world's weekly puzzle — permanently. You'll be able to play that world's puzzle every week, forever, with no further charges.
What does the $1.99/month subscription include?
The monthly subscription unlocks every world simultaneously, every week, plus access to the global all-worlds leaderboard. It auto-renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time through your Apple ID settings.
My purchase isn't showing up after buying.
Tap Restore Purchases on the pricing screen — this re-syncs your entitlements from Apple. If the problem persists after restoring, please email plutosjt@gmail.com with the email address linked to your Apple ID and we'll sort it out.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel: open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Quiblo, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request. If you have trouble, email plutosjt@gmail.com and we'll help you through the process.
Does $1 of every purchase really plant a tree?
Yes. $1 from every in-app purchase goes toward real tree-planting through our environmental partner. You can track the cumulative total on the Trees page inside the app.
